In case of an emergency involving a leak it is important that all High Quay residents know the position of the stopcock in the flat. The stopcock is usually located in the bottom of the boiler cupboard. However, if your flat’s layout has been modified or you no longer have a boiler cupboard it may be in a different location. Please locate the stopcock yourself and ensure that this info is passed on to any residents or tenants.
