It is a condition of the lease that you provide up to date contact details of your apartment’s residents to the High Quay management company Brannen & Partners so that the residents can be contacted in the event of an emergency.
Brannen & Partners need details of how many people are living in each apartment and contact details for them – ideally landlines and mobile numbers. This is particularly important after the lessons learnt from the Grenfell fire in London.
Contact details can be emailed directly to blocks@brannen-partners.co.uk. Please ensure you include your flat number in the subject heading of the email. If you are renting out your property please also provide contact information of the managing agent(s) if applicable.
